Don Cuco, born on July 4, 1900, was known as a legend in the Sierra Madre, a master of all sotol makers in the region.  He was well respected by chihuahuenses for his knowledge, teachings and humanitarianism. Don Cuco Sotol expresses this legend in its smooth taste and aroma.

Mr. Carlos Diaz, Jr partnered with Lillian Jacquez Perez to create and develop the opportunity to import Don Cuco Sotol into the United States. 23 years as an entrepeneur in the El Paso-Juarez area has provided the foundation to introduce a generations old authentic distilled spirit.
