Sotol Silver is crystal clear in color, 100% pure with no added chemicals and now comes in various proofs.  When various fruits are placed into the Sotol Silver and fermented it produces  Sotol Curado.

What is the difference between Don Cuco Sotol and Don Cuco Sotolito?

Don Cuco Sotol is produced at 96 proof as the old family traditional product.  Don Cuco Sotol also produced a 72 proof which is lighter than most tequila's and at 100% agave it is smooth to the taste with no aftertaste.  Don Cuco Sotolito at 50 proof is much lighter and sweeter in nature and is produced for the younger generation and for well drinks.
